This listing is a well maintained commercial restaurant grade range/griddle/oven. The oven was purchased new in 2008 and has been professionally serviced in our firehouse until replaced last year during remodeling.

This Heavy Duty Restaurant Range is gas and 36 inch wide. There is one 12 inch griddle, with a steel burner that's rated at 20,000 BTUs and a 3/4 inch thick grill plate, (4) 32,000 BTU open burners, each with a standing pilot for instant ignition, and a 27,000 BTU, standard oven with one rack and two rack positions. The temperature range on the oven is 150 to 500F and for safety, there's a 100% gas shut off valve. The front and sides are stainless steel, and the drip trough/crumb tray is full width.

All property is offered AS IS, WHERE IS. Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Persons attending exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically releases the seller for liability therefore.

Seller reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from sale any of the items listed.

PAYMENT: Payment in full is due not later than ten (10) days from the time and date of the Buyer’s certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are:

Bidder forfeits sale of merchandise if payment is not received at the close of ten (10) business days and will be considered in DEFAULT, (see below), and may be suspended from participating in On Line sales.

REMOVAL: All items must be removed within ten (10) days from the time and date of the issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The buyer will make arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property.
Under no circumstances will the seller assume any responsibility for packing, loading or shipping of property.
Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00 A.M and 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. After ten (10) days any material not removed will be offered for sale again and buyer will be considered in DEFAULT. Buyer forfeits any monies paid to the seller.
DEFAULT: Default shall include:
1. Failure to observe these terms and conditions
2. Failure to make good and timely payments
3. Failure to remove all items within the specified time.

Default may result in termination of the contract and suspension from participation in all future sales until the default has been cured.
Seller reserves the right to reclaim and resell all items not removed by Buyer ten (10) days from the date of issuance of the Buyer Certificate. Monies paid to seller will be forfeited by bidder.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By submitting a bid, the bidder agrees they have read, fully understand and accept these terms and conditions.
